Registered clients can choose the product category only (we assign the design and finish randomly). However, all active members from Patreon can choose their designs and the finish (material) of their prize. The client must contact the store before the purchase is shipped via first-class mail. For digital purchases, the client will receive the item by postal mail (except for keychains and enamel pins, the client must pay the shipping as first-class).
NOTE: These guidelines and announcements may be subject to changes or cancellations in the future at the artist’s discretion. To enjoy most of the features, it is recommended to have a registered account via Patreon or Juicy Zone Store. Doing the contrary (buying as a guest) will prevent you from having a record of the perks. New accounts will be created automatically for users who are logging in for the first time via Patreon, otherwise, registered users who are already logged in can connect to the website.
