Wise & Manual Transfers: For transactions processed via Wise, we may collect information such as your name, bank account details (if visible on the transfer), and a screenshot or digital “Proof of Transfer.” This information is used solely to verify your payment and finalize your order. These details are handled with the same high level of security and confidentiality as our credit card transactions.
2.1 Data Retention & Disposal
We retain personal information and transaction records only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Proof of Transfer screenshots or documents provided for manual payments (such as Wise) are stored securely and deleted once the transaction is fully confirmed, and the order has been fulfilled.
2.2 Payment Service Provider Integration
To provide a seamless experience between our store and the Secret Club, the data may be shared between the following internal systems:
- Paid Memberships Pro: Manages your membership level and access.
- WooCommerce: Processes your physical merchandise orders.

Juicy Zone does not sell or share any personal information with third parties for their own commercial gain. However, to provide our services, we share necessary data with trusted third parties or ‘service providers’ (like CCBill or USPS) strictly to fulfill orders. All information will be kept confidential under all circumstances. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer sensitive information to third parties. If we are asked to do so on critical situation, such as to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our own or others’ rights, property, or safety. We will comply with the order and reach out to you with advance notice. Our site does not include or offer third-party products or services.
