This website (thegreysanctuary.com) and the brand Juicy Zone are owned and operated by Jessa Otero, based in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, 00957; hereafter referred to as “The Company”, “The Store”, “We”, or “Juicy Zone”. The terms “client”, “you”, or “user” refer to the person or party who navigates, uses, or purchases from the store. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1.0 Personal Information & Usage

This Privacy Policy applies to the website thegreysanctuary.com and the brand Juicy Zone (collectively, “the Store”), owned by Jessa Otero. All sensitive information, such as names, phone numbers, addresses, credit card details, and so forth, will be required and securely collected when making a purchase or logging into an account. Collecting such data will improve the client’s experience when browsing the store and shopping. We collect this type of information whenever a login, new account registration, purchase, newsletter subscription, or survey or email response occurs. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

2.0 Secure Payment and Processes

Our website checkout is powered by leading secure processors, including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as through our third-party processors: Stripe, PayPal, and Wise. These gateways use advanced fraud protection and encryption. During the transaction, you may be redirected to a secure form hosted by the processor (such as CCBill). Once you leave our site to enter payment details, you are governed by that processor’s own Privacy Policy and Terms. Juicy Zone does not store or have access to your full credit card numbers. To help you recognize your purchase, please note that transactions on your bank or credit card statement will appear as CCBILL.COM*JUICYZONE or similar, depending on the payment method chosen.

Wise & Manual Transfers: For transactions processed via Wise, we may collect information such as your name, bank account details (if visible on the transfer), and a screenshot or digital “Proof of Transfer.” This information is used solely to verify your payment and finalize your order. These details are handled with the same high level of security and confidentiality as our credit card transactions.

2.1 Data Retention & Disposal

We retain personal information and transaction records only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Proof of Transfer screenshots or documents provided for manual payments (such as Wise) are stored securely and deleted once the transaction is fully confirmed, and the order has been fulfilled.

2.2 Payment Service Provider Integration

To provide a seamless experience between our store and the Secret Club, the data may be shared between the following internal systems:

1. Paid Memberships Pro: Manages your membership level and access.
2. WooCommerce: Processes your physical merchandise orders.
3. Payments Gateways & Processors: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as through our third-party processors: Stripe, PayPal, and Wise, will receive the necessary billing information to process your payments securely. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them as they will govern your data once you are redirected to their secure payment forms.

3.0 Third Party Processors Disclosure

Juicy Zone does not sell or share any personal information with third parties for their own commercial gain. However, to provide our services, we share necessary data with trusted third parties or ‘service providers’ (like CCBill or USPS) strictly to fulfill orders. All information will be kept confidential under all circumstances. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer sensitive information to third parties. If we are asked to do so on critical situation, such as to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our own or others’ rights, property, or safety. We will comply with the order and reach out to you with advance notice. Our site does not include or offer third-party products or services.

4.0 COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

COPPA imposes certain requirements on operators of websites or online services directed to children under 13 years of age, and on operators of other websites or online services that have actual knowledge that they are collecting personal information online from a child under 13 years of age. Our website is not marketed toward children.
