This website (thegreysanctuary.com) and the brand Juicy Zone are owned and operated by Jessa Otero, based in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, 00957; hereafter referred to as “The Company”, “The Store”, “We”, or “Juicy Zone”. The terms “client”, “you”, or “user” refer to the person or party who navigates, uses, or purchases from the store. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1.0 Introduction & Acceptance

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms” and “TOS”), including those referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. It applies to all users of the site, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features, procedures, information, or tools that are added to the current store shall also be subject to the TOS. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these TOS by posting updates and/or changes to our website without prior notice or necessarily contacting any client directly via email about the updates. It is the customer’s responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. The continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1.1 Online Store Term

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access this website or purchase any products. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve:

• (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission from us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

1.3 Accuracy, Completeness & Timeless Of Information

We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

Update Notifications: Juicy Zone reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. For minor changes (like updating a reward description or fixing a typo), we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes (like a price increase, discontinued services, updates to terms, or a major change to your membership rights), we will make a reasonable effort to notify active members via the website dashboard or the email associated with your account. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

1.5 Product Services (if applicable)

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

1.6 Accuracy Of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. 1.7 Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. 1.9 Comment, Feedback & Submissions From Users

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third party.

2.1 Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

2.2 Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall Juicy Zone, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

2.3 Indeminifaction

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Juicy Zone and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

2.4 Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

2.5 Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

2.6 Entire Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or with respect to The Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

3.0 Point System Rewards

The store system should automatically reward the clients for their purchases, and with the points they can redeem them for specific prizes. There are instances where the system, unfortunately due to technical aspects outside of our reach, can sometime not reward the clients automatically. however this prompts us to create a solution to intervene and fix the issue once the customers contact us directly through the Support Reward Claim page to reward them correctly based on their purchases and the quantites of the contents.

1. For now, points won’t have an expiration date.
2. The designs can change anytime, including the types of materials.
3. Customers can view the Prize Catalog to see the selected products and designs.
4. Only active certain active members can choose the designs of their prize, including the category.
5. To claim the prize, the client must contact the store before the purchase is shipped via first-class mail.
6. Regular clients can redeem 1x prize per final transaction by choosing the product category and/or design.
7. The prize catalog is a selected “limited stock” fanart merch only, original merch doesn’t qualify for this promotion.
8. Regardless if the prizes are considered freebies, the clients are responsible for paying the shipping label for delivery if they fail to contact us on choosing their prize to de delivered in their original purchase.

Random Prizes: The client can choose the category (e.g. sticker, print, keychain, etc.) but the store will chooose design randomly. 

3.1 Limited Technical Aspects & Reward Modifications

Any rewarding or loyalty system—including Special Gift Events, Referral Programs, Birthday Vouchers, Points Rewards, and Fanart Prizes—is provided “as-is.” Juicy Zone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue these programs at any time without prior notice based on the following:

• Third-Party Technical Issues: If a reward system is powered by third-party software that changes its terms, malfunctions, or is discontinued, Juicy Zone may be forced to terminate the program immediately.
• Logistical & Stock Constraints: We may discontinue specific rewards due to logistical complications or because items have reached “Limited/Discontinued” status.
• No Liability for System Changes: No refunds, additional points, or prize replacements will be fulfilled due to these changes.
• Technical Errors: The only exception to this rule is if a verifiable system glitch prevented a reward from being issued at the time it was earned. In such cases, please contact us via the Reward Support Claim page for manual intervention.

3.2 Referral Program System

Is an independent specialized software inside the Juicy Zone, where it’s fundamenal purpose is to reward other parties, referred by any registered customers, with perks, such as a discount or additional points due to a successful purchase of +$50 in the store. The system will reward both the newer referral and the orginial cleint with points.

Under any cirscumtance this benefit can be revoked, updated, changed (it’s rewards conditions), or discontinued, especially since. The referral link can be found in the dashboard of My Account > My Points.

3.3 Support Reward Claims & Manual Intervention

Juicy Zone aims for a seamless automated experience; however, in the event of a system glitch or plugin conflict where points or prizes are not rewarded correctly, the following rules apply:

• Proof of Purchase Required: To claim missing points or prizes, the client must provide valid proof of purchase (Order ID, screenshot of transaction, or email confirmation).
• Verification Period: Please allow 2–5 business days for our team to manually verify the transaction and update your account.
• Claim Deadline: For physical prizes associated with a purchase, the client must contact the store via the Support Reward Claim page before the original order is shipped. If the order has already shipped, the client is responsible for the shipping fee of the prize as a separate transaction.
• Final Discretion: Juicy Zone reserves the right to deny a reward claim if the provided information is inconsistent, fraudulent, or if the account has been flagged for violating the “Individual Use” policy.

4.0 Payment Methods & Access

Memberships (Secret Club): All recurring and lifetime memberships, including the “juicy merch” from the secret club, are processed exclusively via CCBill to ensure secure, automated access management.

Merchandise (Store): Physical goods and one-time shop purchases may be processed via Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as through our third-party processors: Stripe, PayPal, and Wise.

Processing Times: While card payments generally grant instant access, payments made via Wise or bank transfer are subject to manual verification. Access to digital goods or shipping for physical items will be initiated only after funds are fully confirmed in our account, typically 1–3 business days.

5.0 Mi Cielas Clubs & Members Definition

Mi Ciela Club is an exclusive membership only for active or legendary/premium members from our store, Juicy Zone, including active members from our Patreon integration. The secret club is an exclusive, virtual space where we sell special merchandise called “juicy merch” not accessible to the public. Clients can get access and buy these merch in exchange for a membership: monthly, yearl,y or lifetime pledge. You can read more about their levels and perks.

Merchandise: Merch may consist of digital goods (e.g., downloadable files, courses, tutorials, gallery videos, etc.), and physical goods (prints, stickers, artworks, artbooks, sculptures, keychains, etc.).

Membership: Exclusive membership with a recurring or 1-time payment, with different levels of exclusivity access through the secret club. These are regular memberships and premium or legendary memberships. These members can be from the official store or third-party integration (e.g., Patreon).

Perks & Benefits: Special treatments exclusively for the members of the secret club that can be used as a benefit to buy merch, exchange points for prizes, vouchers, early bird prices, promotional events,and/or premium insurance applied to their orders/shipment label.

5.1 Mi Cielas Club & Membership Rules

Juicy Zone’s secret club has strict rules and conditions that need to be met by our members in order to be part of the unique virtual space. Under any circumstance the rules, prices, products, and the virtual space can change on any time at our discretion.

Virtual Space & Member Existence: We have the right to suspend or revoke a user’s account at any time, with or without notice/refund, at our discretion. This also include deactiving the the virtual space of the secret club, all its contents and /or perks.

Updates: Any change or update will be notified through our website, newsletter, and/or direct email to our members with at least a minimum of 30 days’ notice. These newer rules or conditions may apply only nto ewer members, while the original “founder” members remain unaffected for a short period; or until the new rule or conditions take effect during the “adaptive transition”,

Promotional Distribution: Regardless if the material was created solely for the entertainment of the members or the secret club, as an exclusive material behind a pay-wall, we have the right to use the artwork for promotional, marketing, or entertaining purposes. We can use the works of its entirety or partially across different platforms, including but not limited to the Mi Cielas Club, the Juicy Zone store, Little Cathedral (blog), social media, and any other physical/digital media

5,2 Mi Cielas Club: Memberships Tiers & Perks

By registering for a membership (e.g., Estancada, Mi Ciela, Tutti Frutti, ✪ Sacrilegia ✪, or ✪ IMPOSTAH ✪), you agree to the following terms regarding your exclusive access and benefits:

• Tier Descriptions: The specific perks, pricing, and billing cycles (Monthly, Yearly, or One-Time) for each membership level are detailed on the “Memberships” page. These descriptions are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• Juicy Channel & Digital Access: Most tiers include access to the “Juicy Channel” and exclusive digital art videos. This content is considered “consumed” the moment it is accessed; therefore, membership fees are non-refundable once digital access has been granted.
• Physical Rewards & “Freebies”: Perks such as the “Deluxe Crabby Meal” or “Chaotic Lunch Box” are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute these items with a similar product of equal value if the original item is discontinued or out of stock.
• Shipping Benefits: Free shipping perks (e.g., for orders over $100) apply only to the regions specified (US & PR) and are subject to the shipping conditions.
• Modification of Perks: To keep the “Secret Club” fresh and functional, Juicy Zone reserves the right to rotate, update, or modify the specific artworks, videos, or reward catalog items available within each tier at any time without prior notice

5.3 Notice of 18 U.S.C. 2257 Record Keeping Compliance

Juicy Zone produces and distributes digital illustrations, creative process videos and fictitious artwork (e.g., “slime girl” speedpaints) that are entirely from imagination or inspiration.

• Fictitious Content: All characters depicted in the artworks on this site are entirely fictitious and are the product of digital creation. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
• Compliance: To the extent that any content may be subject to federal record-keeping requirements, Juicy Zone maintains all required records. All characters portrayed are intended to be, and are depicted as, adults over the age of 18.

5.4 Membership Lifetime Legendary Pledge

The “Lifetime” access granted under the ✪ IMPOSTAH ✪ membership refers specifically to the functional lifespan of The Grey Sanctuary website. It does not constitute a guarantee of access for the natural life of the member or the creator. All Lifetime Legendary Pledges are non-refundable once the digital ‘Juicy Channel’ has been accessed.

Service Continuity: The Grey Sanctuary reserves the right to discontinue, update, or migrate the platform at its sole discretion. If the website is permanently closed or the “Secret Club” service is discontinued, no full or partial refunds will be issued for IMPOSTAH tier payments.

Access Guarantee: By purchasing this tier, you acknowledge that the one-time fee covers immediate and ongoing access to the “Juicy Channel” and exclusive shop categories for as long as the platform remains operational and supported by current technology.

6.0 Adult Content Access Agreement

This website contains age-restricted materials, including adult-themed digital illustrations and fictitious character art. By entering, you affirm the following:

1. I am at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in my jurisdiction).
2. I desire to view adult-themed artistic content and take full responsibility for my actions.
3. I understand that all characters depicted are entirely fictitious and are creations of digital art.
4. I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Juicy Zone.

6.1 Merchant Of Record And Billing Disclouser

To provide a secure environment for our “Secret Club” and NSFW merchandise, Juicy Zone utilizes third-party Payment Processors (such as CCBill, SegPay, or Stripe).

• Statement Descriptor: You acknowledge that the name appearing on your credit card or bank statement may be the name of our Payment Processor (e.g., “CCBILL.COM*JUICYZONE”) rather than Juicy Zone directly.
• Recurring Billing: By joining the Mi Ciela Club, you authorize a recurring monthly charge. You may cancel this at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support.

6.2 Physical merchandise & Shipping

• NSFW Merch: Certain physical products, refer as juicy merch, are intended for adult audiences only. By purchasing these items, the client reaffirm their are 18+ years of age.
• Shipping: We ship via USPS] from Bayamon, PR. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing orders, responding meials and fulfilling shipmement.
• Returns: Due to the nature of limited-edition fanart and digital access, all membership sales are final. Physical merchandise may only be returned if it arrives damaged. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

7.0 Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bayamon, Puerto Rico, 00957.

8.0 Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By purchasing from Juicy Zone, the client agrees to contact our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with the bank. Unjustified chargebacks (disputing a valid purchase for simply changed of mind, or remorse) may result in permanent suspension from the Mi Ciela Club and all future Juicy Zone services.
